On the morning of October 30, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to study, learn, disseminate, propagate and implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and quickly announce the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

The conference disseminated to cadres and party members and widely disseminated among all classes of people the basic contents of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the results of the 13th Conference of the Party Central Committee, 13th Term.
