According to RIA Novosti on November 7, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski told TVP World that the European Union (EU) must be ready to provide military resources to Ukraine for another three years.

"Ukraine intends to continue its resistance for three years. Our task is to provide them with the resources to continue their activities," - Polish Foreign Minister Sikorsky said.

At the same time, the Polish diplomat believes that the European Union should be more active in negotiations on the reconstruction and restoration of Ukraine in the future, since this alliance supplies Ukraine with a large amount of weapons.

"I hope that the United States will continue to provide intelligence to Ukraine. Of course, Poland pays for the Starlink terminals, and ammunition for the US air defense system and long-range strike weapons is also important. Europe pays for this in the main, and that is why I believe that Europe should play a more active role in negotiations on a future solution," said Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump announced that significant progress had been made in resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

"We have not yet achieved peace between Russia and Ukraine, but I think we have made significant progress," President Donald Trump said at a meeting with leaders of Central Asian countries on November 6.

The White House chief added that he wanted to resolve the conflict and hoped that "at some point, the parties will act very intelligently and reach a solution.

A day earlier, US Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff announced a “breakthrough” in resolving the Ukraine conflict. He added that there was still much technical work to be done and “security protocols for Ukraine” needed to be agreed upon. Special Envoy Witkoff also expressed confidence that the US would be able to facilitate peace between Moscow and Kiev.
