Actor Ha Viet Dung shared that he felt pressured because the young actors in the first part, especially Son Tung, had performed their roles so well. The young actor said he also felt pressured to transform into a young Vien in a way that best blends with the thorny adult version that Ha Viet Dung had portrayed in previous films such as "Doc Dao".
