In episode 7 of the political drama "The Dividing Line," political events become tense when Mr. Sach, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, receives a report that a series of large-scale local projects show signs of "group interests." This development not only reveals potential wrongdoings but also raises questions about his own past responsibility.

According to leaked information, despite having transferred to another position, Mr. Sach remained very interested in the Committee's work. During a conversation with Trien, he was briefed on the complex situation of several projects. Specifically, the Trinh Tam project and the Nam Dong building were still facing obstacles in the inspection and land registration process, while the Dong Phong project showed many irregularities.
The conversation reached its climax when Triển frankly stated, "I have information that those projects show signs of vested interests." This information left Mr. Sách deep in thought, because he understood that confronting vested interests also meant potentially confronting an entire complex system.
