The case has been opened and charges have been filed against Le Trung Khoa and his accomplices.
On November 8, 2025, the Security Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security initiated a criminal case for "Making, possessing, disseminating, and propagating information, documents, and items aimed at opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam."
The investigation results provide sufficient grounds to determine that Le Trung Khoa (born September 23, 1971 in Thanh Hoa; Nationality: Vietnamese; Ethnicity: Kinh; Permanent residence: No. 01, Alley 81, Lang Street, Dong Da Ward, Hanoi) and Do Van Nga (born August 15, 1977 in Gia Lai; Nationality: Vietnamese; Ethnicity: Kinh; Permanent residence: Tuy Phuoc Dong Commune, Gia Lai Province) committed acts of producing, possessing, distributing, and disseminating information, documents, and items aimed at opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
On November 17, 2025, the Security Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued a decision to prosecute the defendant.Arrest warrant for the suspectTo detain Le Trung Khoa and Do Van Nga on charges of "Making, possessing, distributing, or disseminating information, documents, or items aimed at opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" as stipulated in Article 117 of the Penal Code. The Supreme People's Procuracy has approved the Decision to prosecute and the Arrest Warrant for temporary detention of Le Trung Khoa and Do Van Nga mentioned above.
Currently, the Security Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security is coordinating with the Supreme People's Procuratorate to investigate and clarify the case and the criminal acts of the defendants in order to handle them according to the law."
