Many streets in Thanh Vinh ward have implemented a ban on stopping and parking during rush hour.
The People's Committee of Thanh Vinh Ward announced that, in order to reduce traffic congestion and ensure traffic safety around schools, from 00:00 on December 15, 2025, regulations prohibiting stopping and parking during peak hours in the morning and afternoon will be applied on many key roads.
Recently, several roads near schools in Thanh Vinh ward have frequently experienced traffic congestion during school drop-off and pick-up times. To address this situation, the People's Committee of the ward will implement regulations prohibiting stopping and parking during peak hours, including:
Morning: From 6:00 to 8:00
Afternoon: From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
The regulations will be applied from 00:00 on December 15, 2025, on the following roads:
Ho Han Thuong Street( đoạn from Phan Đình Phùng → Lê Hồng Sơn).
Street No. 1 – Nam Le Loi Urban Area(section from Chu Van An Street to Street No. 2).
Chu Van An Street(Hoang Nghia Luong section → alley 81 Chu Van An).
Ly Thuong Kiet Street– Applicable to 2 sections: Nguyen Xuan On → Nguyen Duc Canh; Alley 81 Ly Thuong Kiet → Chu Van An
According to the leaders of Thanh Vinh ward, the implementation of these regulations aims to raise public awareness of compliance, contribute to ensuring traffic safety, and create a smooth and safe travel environment for students and parents.
