The reassignment and rotation of civil servants also provides them with opportunities to train and be challenged in various environments, contributing to the enhancement of their political acumen, professional qualifications, and practical skills. At the same time, this process is implemented in a transparent and open manner, linked to the prevention of corruption and negative practices, and closely connected to human resource training and development.

To realize that goal, on October 31, 2025, the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department issued Decision No. 1789/QD-NAN approving the plan for reassignment and job rotation in 2025. According to the plan, 38 civil servants who do not hold leadership positions will be reassigned to grassroots tax units to continue training and develop their capabilities in a new environment.
