The 2025 Young Footballer Program has concluded, and Vietnam national team head coach Kim Sang Sik expressed his admiration and predicted that some young talents could wear the national team jersey in the future.
After more than two months of broadcasting, the 2025 Young Footballer program has officially concluded, leaving many positive impressions of a successful season in discovering and training young football talents. The appearance of the Head Coach of the Vietnamese National Team, Mr. Kim Sang Sik, as a special guest brought insightful professional assessments and great expectations for the future of Vietnamese football.

During training sessions, Coach Kim Sang Sik not only directly instructed on techniques but also shared modern game thinking, providing valuable knowledge to the young players. He expressed surprise at the serious and professional attitude of the children despite their young age.
“I was quite surprised to see the children playing football so seriously despite their young age. I also noticed that some of them have very good skills and potential, which makes me think that in the future, some of them may become national team players and Vietnamese football will develop even further,” Coach Kim Sang Sik shared.
The comments and praise from the top strategist are seen as a great source of motivation, giving the children the strength to continue pursuing their passion for football.

- Le Minh Thuan (12 years old, Dong Nai):Having lost her mother at the age of 4 and living with her grandparents, she could only train on her own on a dirt field before participating in the program.
- Hau K'Van Luan (12 years old, Lam Dong):Growing up with her grandparents after her mother passed away, she had to use tin cans wrapped in cloth to play ball and always dreamed of competing on a big stadium.
- Thi Van Nam (12 years old, Da Nang):Living with his visually impaired mother and frail elderly grandmother, football is a source of joy that helps him overcome life's difficulties.
A meaningful journey and a long-term vision.
Beyond just training, the program also provides invaluable experiences. The Top 10 Young Footballers of 2025 had the opportunity to tour Thailand, the host country of the 33rd SEA Games. This was a chance for the children to gain experience and exposure to a professional football environment in the region, while also expressing their confidence in the Vietnamese national team at the upcoming Games.
At the end of the journey, the title of "Best Young Player" was awarded to Le Minh Thuan. He was highly regarded not only for his outstanding technique and consistent performance but also for his discipline and determination to overcome adversity and achieve his dreams.
