BYD Song led electric vehicle sales in China in November 2025 with 56,000 units, while Tesla Model Y ranked second with 55,000 units. According to data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers on December 8th, wholesale electric vehicle sales in November reached 1.706 million units, up 18.7% year-on-year and 5.8% month-on-month; retail sales reached 1.321 million units, up 4.2% year-on-year and 3.0% month-on-month.

Electric vehicles occupied 9 of the top 10 best-selling car models in November. Notably, the Xiaomi YU7, with sales exceeding 33,000 units, made its first appearance in the top 10, marking the debut of Xiaomi's first SUV on this list.
