In episode 33 of the series "The Dividing Line," the inspection team discovered that Trinh Tam Group not only built illegally but also conducted business on the project land without authorization and lacked financial documentation.
More irregularities have been discovered.
According to the latest developments in episode 33 of the series "The Dividing Line," the inspection team held another meeting with Trinh Tam Group and continued to uncover more serious issues. Specifically, Inspector Nguyet directly questioned the Chairman of Trinh Tam about the unauthorized construction of kiosks, and the illegal use of project land for a parking lot and pickleball court.
Faced with the evidence, Mr. Trinh admitted to the incident, stating that the corporation is in the process of rectifying and dismantling the structure and is committed to restoring the land to its original state as soon as possible.
However, the meeting became more tense when Inspector Nguyet pointed out another issue: the lack of financial records related to land clearance and compensation for residents. Mr. Trinh explained that this was merely a "shortcoming" and promised to supplement it immediately. In response, Ms. Nguyet stated, "I fear it's more than just a shortcoming," making the atmosphere heavy.
Background of the inspection
These new findings add to the list of violations committed by Trinh Tam Group. Previously, the inspection team had determined that the company had committed serious violations such as disregarding the approved design, arbitrarily changing the function of the building, and illegally constructing an additional 4 floors with a total of 160 apartments.
Although Mr. Trinh's side offered an explanation, it was not accepted by the inspection team. The Deputy Chief Inspector of the province decided to issue a violation report against the enterprise and conduct an investigation to clarify the responsibilities of the Department of Construction and related departments before reporting to the Provincial Party Committee.
