HONOR leaks three new Magic8 models: Magic 8S, Air, and RSR.
The latest information indicates that HONOR is developing three versions for the Magic8 series, including the compact Magic 8S, the ultra-slim Magic8 Air, and the high-end Magic8 RSR.
According to leaked information from tech blogger Fixed Focus Digital on Weibo, HONOR is preparing to expand its Magic8 product line with three new models: Magic 8S, Magic8 Air, and Magic8 RSR. This move demonstrates HONOR's efforts to diversify its high-end product portfolio, following the success of the Magic8 Lite, Magic8, and Magic8 Pro versions.

HONOR Magic 8S: A compact version with the new Dimensity chip.
The Magic 8S is predicted to be a smaller, more compact version than previously rumored. This device will likely feature MediaTek's unreleased Dimensity 9500 processor. Other leaked specifications include a 6.3-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and LTPO support.
In terms of design, the Magic 8S is expected to have a metal frame, an integrated ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen, and will launch in four color options: Feather White, Shadow Black, Light Orange, and Fairy Purple.
HONOR Magic8 Air: Joining the ultra-thin smartphone race
Magic8 Air is a completely new name, suggesting HONOR may be heading towards the trend of ultra-thin smartphone design, similar to its competitors. Although details are limited, a previous report mentioned a HONOR phone model with a thickness of only about 5–6mm.
This ultra-thin device is said to feature a 6.31-inch screen, a 200MP main camera, a telephoto lens, and a battery with a capacity of approximately 5,500mAh. These are likely the specifications for the Magic8 Air. Sources also indicate that the device may borrow some design elements from Apple products.

HONOR Magic 8 RSR: The high-end successor.
Of the three models, the Magic 8 RSR is the most familiar name. It is considered the successor to the Magic 7 RSR released last year. It is likely that the Magic 8 RSR will have hardware specifications almost identical to the Magic 8 Pro version, focusing on performance and high-end features.
According to leaked information, the HONOR Magic 8 Air and Magic 8 RSR are expected to be unveiled sometime between mid and late January next year.
