The issue stems from customer complaints that the 12VHPWR power connector on the device was misaligned with the chassis, making it difficult to fully plug in the power cable.

Despite user concerns that the incorrect placement of the power connector could affect the 800W power delivery capability and threaten system stability, ASUS has officially denied this as a manufacturing defect. The company stated that the off-center connector is part of the original design and was intentionally implemented in this product line.
This refusal to provide warranty service forces buyers to choose between returning the product for a refund or continuing to use a mechanically defective product.
