2025 continued to mark impressive progress for ABIC Nghe An, as the branch maintained stable and effective growth amidst a highly competitive insurance market.
Overcoming difficulties and challenges in 2025, ABIC Nghe An is increasingly gaining trust and market share in the insurance sector. In the first 11 months of 2025, the branch's insurance business revenue reached VND 143.8 billion, an increase of 14.5% compared to the same period. This is evidence of professionalism in business organization, continuously improving service quality, and close cooperation with the Agribank system.
Alongside revenue growth, compensation is always considered a key focus for ABIC Nghe An in strengthening customer trust and affirming its responsibility to customers. The total compensation amount in 2025 reached over VND 26.6 billion; of which, the Bancassurance channel accounted for 76.6%, demonstrating the increasingly prominent role of this distribution channel. The credit security segment, accounting for 59% of the total compensation amount, contributed to providing timely support to borrowers when they unfortunately encountered risks, thus fully demonstrating ABIC's spirit of partnership and sharing.
In addition to focusing on business results, the Branch also places a strong emphasis on social activities and welfare. The Party Committee regularly pays attention to, encourages, and assists organizations and associations in proactively coordinating with Agribank's general agency and local authorities to implement many meaningful programs.
During the year, ABIC Nghe An allocated 210 million VND to social welfare activities; of which, 70 million VND from the charity fund was given to poor students and families of Agribank and ABIC staff affected by floods. At the same time, the branch also requested the company to provide 150 million VND to build three charitable houses for disadvantaged families.
