What's special about the 21 female members of the 14th Central Committee?

Among the 21 female members of the Central Committee, there is one member of the 13th Politburo: Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The next three prominent figures are Vice President Nguyen Thi Anh Xuan, Vietnam's first female Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra, and Vice Chairperson of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh.
