As a key investment area of ​​the province, Hoang Mai ward has decisively directed land clearance work, assigning responsibility to the entire political system; clearly identifying the leading agencies and individuals and coordinating according to the motto "clear responsibilities, clear tasks, clear timelines". As a result, Hoang Mai Industrial Park I has completed land clearance for over 93% of its area.
