100% of voters in the residential area have expressed their confidence in Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.
On the morning of February 8th, at the conference to gather opinions and assess the trustworthiness of candidates for the People's Council at all levels, organized by the Fatherland Front Committee in coordination with the Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee, 100% of voters in Block 16, Ha Huy Tap Street, expressed their confidence in Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.
At the conference, voters were introduced to the criteria for electing representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and brief biographies and work histories of the candidates residing in the area were presented, including: Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Vinh Ward; and Mr. Ngo Hoang Khanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Chau Commune.
In a democratic, frank, and responsible spirit, voters' opinions assessed that all candidates met the prescribed standards; possessed strong political convictions; had a high sense of responsibility, competence, and good moral character; were closely connected to the grassroots, and maintained good relationships with the local communities where they resided.
The conference conducted a vote of confidence among voters in their residential areas, following the prescribed procedures. As a result, 100% of the voters present at the conference expressed their agreement and confidence in the candidates on the list.
On behalf of the candidates, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu expressed gratitude for the frank and responsible comments and suggestions from the voters, which will help him and the other nominated candidates to continue to train, strive, and improve themselves, and to better fulfill their assigned tasks, thus deserving the trust and confidence of the voters and the people.
