National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man offers incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.
On the afternoon of February 28th, amidst the enthusiastic atmosphere of preparing for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Member of the Political Bureau, Chairman of the National Assembly, and Chairman of the National Election Council - visited the Kim Lien Special National Historical Site to offer incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.
The Central Working Group included the following members of the Party Central Committee: Le Quang Manh - Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office; Nguyen Huu Dong - Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly's Committee on Delegate Affairs, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department; and Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Social Affairs.
The leaders of Nghe An province included: Nguyen Khac Than - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies.

At the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation respectfully offered prayers, flowers, and incense in commemoration, expressing boundless gratitude and profound respect for President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of our Party and people, national liberation hero and world cultural figure.
President Ho Chi Minh dedicated and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness for the Vietnamese people and the people of the world.
