* Nghe An:Teacher transfers in communes are temporarily suspended.This is the latest directive from the Nghe An Department of Education and Training to maintain the stability of the teaching staff among schools, avoiding the situation of transferring or adding teachers to units that already have sufficient staff according to regulations.
