Activities were bustling to care for and honor female workers on International Women's Day, March 8th.

Through practical gifts and vibrant cultural activities, the Trade Union and employers in Nghe An province have expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude for the contributions of female workers on the occasion of International Women's Day (March 8).

On this occasion, businesses have meticulously taken care of the lives of female workers through various forms. A highlight of these activities is the spirit of competition and the spreading of the beauty of Vietnamese women through contests and honoring programs.

To kick off the program series, the Provincial Labor Union, in coordination with the Quy Hop Commune Labor Union and the Xuan Thanh Agricultural Company Limited Labor Union, organized a seminar and disseminated information on labor policies for women and gender equality to female cadres and workers of Xuan Thanh Agricultural Company Limited.

At the grassroots level, the Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union is attracting a large number of union members, creating a positive media effect from the grassroots to the provincial level. The Tan Ky Commune Trade Union, in coordination with the Tan Ky Medical Center Trade Union, organized a flower arrangement competition titled "Arranging Flowers from the Heart, Shining with Medical Ethics".

Businesses with a large number of workers, such as Limited Liability Companies.Luxshare ICT Nghe AnThe event was highlighted by combining celebratory activities with intellectual and aesthetic competitions such as "Ringing the Golden Bell" and awarding prizes for the "Elegant Ao Dai" Contest.

More notably, at Minh Anh Kim Lien Garment Joint Stock Company, the production atmosphere is enlivened by folk games, providing meaningful moments of entertainment for the female workers.

Besides the large-scale programs, most companies organized smaller activities specifically for female workers. Companies such as Luxshare, Zonsen, Koyu Textile, Apex Vietnam Shoes, etc., all simultaneously presented gifts to all female employees. At Viet Fast Company ( thuộc Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union), 120 production lines received congratulatory flowers along with gifts worth 50,000 VND each. Current Power Technology Co., Ltd. impressed by organizing a small party in the canteen and giving each female worker 250,000 VND in cash along with gifts from the trade union...

In addition, sportsmanship was also emphasized on this occasion. Typical examples include sports competitions at Apex Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. and tug-of-war events at Great Long View. These activities were not simply about sharing material resources, but also served as a great source of moral support, helping female workers feel more connected to the company.
