The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announced its decision to supervise the Party Committees of Que Phong, Tien Phong, and Thong Thu communes.
Over a three-day period (March 15-18), the 685th Monitoring Team of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, led by Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, announced the decisions and monitoring plans for the Party Committees of Que Phong, Tien Phong, and Thong Thu communes.
The delegation included: Colonel Pham Dinh Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee, Chairman of the Military Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, and Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Tai - Deputy Chairman of the Military Party Committee's Inspection Committee, along with other members of the 685 Monitoring Delegation.

Accordingly, the delegation announced the decisions and monitoring plans of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and agreed on the schedule for the delegation's verification and investigation of the Party Standing Committees of Que Phong, Tien Phong, and Thong Thu communes.
The thematic supervision focuses on the leadership, direction, organization, and implementation of resolutions and action programs; the development and implementation of working regulations; and key programs and projects implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, specifically for the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of the communes.

In his remarks assigning the monitoring tasks, Colonel Dinh Bat Van, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, and Head of the Monitoring Team, clearly stated the purpose, requirements, timeframe, and methods for conducting the monitoring activities. He also requested that the units prepare written explanatory reports and monitoring reports based on the suggested outline and provide all relevant documents and records.

After three days of serious, objective, transparent work, following proper procedures and regulations, the delegation identified strengths as well as some weaknesses and their causes, aiming to enhance the leadership and guidance role of Party committees and organizations at all levels, while strengthening responsibility and the effectiveness of implementation.
