Today (March 20th), at Khe Coi Dam, as part of the Hoa Gao Festival in Nhan Hoa commune, a boat race is taking place. This is one of the unique cultural and sporting activities that attracts a large number of locals and tourists.
Located on the left bank of the Lam River, bordering Con Cuong district, the Tam Son region (formerly), now Nhan Hoa commune – a land surrounded on all sides by rivers, mountains, and rice fields, with picturesque scenery. Every year in March, dozens of kapok trees (also known as Bombax ceiba) burst into vibrant red blossoms, and that is also when the locals hold the Kapok Flower Festival.
