Implementing the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2025-2030
On the morning of March 27th, the Provincial Farmers' Association held a conference to study and understand the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2025-2030.
Attending the conference was Comrade Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association.
Over the course of one day, delegates including members of the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee and chairpersons of the Farmers' Associations in communes and wards studied and were briefed on four topics related to building a clean and strong Vietnamese farmers' association and class; and promoting the role of farmers in agricultural development and building new rural areas.
Implementing the action program to carry out the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association, term 2025-2030; Orienting some key tasks for the term 2025-2030 and key tasks for 2026.
These are important contents aimed at unifying awareness, thought, and action throughout the entire association system, creating a foundation for putting the resolution into practice in a practical and effective way.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association Nguyen Viet Hung emphasized: The Resolution of the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress for the 2025-2030 term is the culmination of the wisdom, will, and aspirations of cadres and farmer members throughout the province to build a strong and effective association, meeting the requirements of the revolutionary tasks in the new period, truly representing the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, and caring for the material and spiritual lives of farmers.

The Congress Resolution serves as a guiding principle for all of the Association's activities over the next five years; therefore, studying, understanding, and implementing the Resolution is considered a key political task for all levels of the Farmers' Association.
The Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association informed that, in order to implement the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2025-2030, immediately after the Congress, the Provincial Farmers' Association organized working groups to work with the Farmers' Associations of wards and communes to assess the situation and inspect economic models; at the same time, the Provincial Farmers' Association worked with the Provincial People's Committee to evaluate the results of coordinated work in 2025 and implement tasks for 2026.
The Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association emphasized: Successfully implementing the Resolution is the responsibility of each level of the Association, each official, and each member. First, the Farmers' Associations in wards and communes need to develop plans to implement the Resolution of their respective Farmers' Associations in 2026, with each unit selecting one breakthrough task to focus on implementing.
At the same time, attention should be paid to supporting farmers in applying science and technology, vocational training, capital for developing economic models, providing literacy education for farmer members, establishing professional farmer groups and associations, clubs of skilled farmers in production and business, and moving towards establishing cooperatives and enterprises operating in the agricultural sector.
The leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association urged all levels of the Association, and every official and farmer member in the province, to deeply understand their role and responsibility in agricultural development and the construction of new rural areas.
Therefore, each official and member needs to be proactive and creative in production and participate in movements; working together to successfully implement the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association, term 2025-2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
