NTV – BIA SAO VANG PICKLEBALL CUP 2026: Ready to kick off.
On the afternoon of March 31st, the Organizing Committee of the 2nd NTV – Sao Vang Beer Pickleball Cup 2026, led by Mr. Tran Minh Ngoc – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Newspaper and Radio & Television, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, and Mr. Nguyen Trung Thao – Deputy Director of Nghe An Newspaper and Radio & Television, Head of the Organizing Committee, conducted a field survey at the two venues: Vinh City Pickleball Field and Viet Hung Pickleball Field.
At each venue, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive review of organizational conditions such as the playing surface, netting system, lighting, competition space, and auxiliary areas. The Organizing Committee requested that venue owners continue to improve their facilities to ensure the best possible competition conditions for athletes, especially at the main venue – where the opening and closing ceremonies and matches broadcast live on television and livestreamed will take place.
Along with improving infrastructure, the Organizing Committee plans to adjust the time of the final matches to a later time slot, suitable for the hot weather conditions in Nghe An, thereby ensuring the athletes' physical condition and professional quality.
The 2nd NTV – Sao Vang Beer Pickleball Cup 2026 will take place from April 17th to 19th, 2026, attracting a large number of athletes from within and outside the province. The competition will feature diverse events, most notably the men's doubles Pro category, encouraging clubs to invite national-level athletes to participate, promising high professional standards.
With a total prize pool of nearly 200 million VND, along with live broadcasts and livestreams on the digital platforms of Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television, the tournament is expected to create a strong ripple effect, promoting the pickleball movement in the province to develop more extensively and sustainably.
