* On the morning of April 3rd, as part of the working program in Nghe An,Central delegation of the Vietnam Women's UnionA delegation led by Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Vietnam Women's Union, visited the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site to lay flowers and offer incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.
*The People's Committee of Nghe An province has agreed to allocate an additional over 14.7 billion VND.To cover the remaining funds for emulation and reward activities in 2025. The decision was approved at the April 2026 thematic meeting held on the afternoon of April 3rd, chaired by Comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
