With the new Vinh train station opening up a new development axis, the Casa Bonita project is poised to become a central hub.
The appearance of Vinh station on the North-South high-speed railway line creates a strategic link for Nghe An to restructure its urban space according to the modern TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model. This opens up a new economic corridor to the West, creating a significant advantage for forward-thinking projects like Casa Bonita.
New Vinh railway station master plan: A focal point for regional spatial connectivity.
The North-South high-speed railway project is 1,541 km long, expected to pass through 20 provinces and cities with a total of 28 stations (23 passenger stations and 5 freight stations). The section through Nghe An province is 85.5 km long with only one station, Vinh Station. The planned location for the station will be in the middle of a 72m wide road connecting the VSIP Industrial Park with National Highway 46. This will be the central station with 4 tracks, where all trains will stop to pick up and drop off passengers.
According to the feasibility study report for the North-South high-speed railway project, which is currently underway, Vinh Station will be planned at a new location in Hung Nguyen commune, Nghe An province. Relocating it from its current inner-city location is a landmark step, solving the traffic congestion problem and expanding development space for the old Vinh urban core to the west.

With a total estimated investment of approximately US$67 billion and a design speed of 350 km/h, the new Vinh station will be a Class 1 station, equipped with state-of-the-art operating technology. Regarding the project's progress, the investment plan is currently under review, with the expectation of commencing construction on priority sections in 2027-2028.
The unique feature of the new Vinh railway station is its prime location in terms of geoeconomics: situated adjacent to the North-South expressway interchange (Dien Chau - Bai Vot section), about 2km from Vinh International Airport, and directly connected to radial routes. Once operational, travel time from Vinh to Hanoi will be shortened to just over 60 minutes, transforming Nghe An into a "satellite" close to the capital, strongly boosting trade and investment flows.

Reshaping urban spaces using the TOD model.
Besides its transportation value, the new Vinh Station is expected to be the nucleus for Nghe An to implement the Transport-Oriented Development (TOD) model. Lessons from countries like Japan with its Shinkansen system or megacities in China show that wherever there is a high-speed rail station, a new economic growth pole will be formed.

Locating the station in the former Hung Tay area (now Hung Nguyen commune) creates a perfect synergy with the industrial and urban development axis west of the old Vinh city. This area is currently a leading magnet for FDI with the presence of VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park and high-tech urban projects. When the new Vinh Station becomes operational, the population pressure in the old urban core will be relieved, creating conditions for the formation of a new, modern, and bustling urban area around the station.
Positioned as the sole central station on the line passing through Nghe An, the new Vinh Station is expected to become a hub for transportation, trade, and services for the entire region in the future. It also serves as a crucial foundation for the development of a Transport-Oriented Development (TOD) model, where transportation infrastructure plays a pivotal role in driving urban spatial development. As people and economic activity converge here, areas directly connected to the station, including the VSIP Nghe An mega-city, will have more room for urban development, accommodation, commerce, and supporting services.
The connection between the high-speed railway and key industrial zones like VSIP will create a complete ecosystem: from workplaces (industrial zones), transportation (railway stations) to high-quality housing. This is one of the driving forces for Nghe An's socio-economic breakthrough, transforming it into a powerful growth pole.
Casa Bonita - A golden intersection in urban planning.
Located in a prime location benefiting directly from the synergy between VSIP Industrial Park and the new Vinh Railway Station plan, Casa Bonita is proving the value of a real estate project anticipating infrastructure development. Possessing a core location within the VSIP Nghe An mega-city, home to thousands of professionals and high-skilled workers, Casa Bonita is not only a model place to live but also an asset with exceptional liquidity.

With the completion of Vinh Railway Station, residents of Casa Bonita will have the privilege of connecting to cross-country transportation in just a few minutes. This is a core factor that ensures sustainable growth in property values in line with infrastructure development. Instead of far-fetched promises, Casa Bonita delivers "real value" from the clear progress of transportation planning.

In the context of Nghe An province accelerating the completion of its strategic infrastructure system, preparing for the commencement of the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway, and having already started resettlement projects for the high-speed railway and completed the North-South expressway through Nghe An, owning a product at the heart of this connectivity like Casa Bonita is considered a smart move for astute investors. When the high-speed train officially operates through Hung Tay, projects with strategic locations and complete infrastructure like Casa Bonita will emerge as "golden spots," shaping a new playing field for the market.
The new Vinh railway station not only shortens geographical distances but also narrows the development gap between Nghe An and major growth centers nationwide. And at the heart of this infrastructure, Casa Bonita is a symbol of the modern transformation of the new urban area in the near future.
