A survey conducted on the morning of April 13th showed that the retail pork market at major distribution systems did not record any new price fluctuations. Meanwhile, live pig prices in the Northern and Central-Western Highlands regions experienced inconsistent upward and downward adjustments, fluctuating between 62,000 and 69,000 VND/kg.

- North:Pork prices in many localities have decreased slightly by 1,000 VND/kg. Transactions are currently concentrated in the range of 63,000 - 65,000 VND/kg. Localities such as Hanoi, Hung Yen, and Bac Ninh maintain the highest price in the region at 65,000 VND/kg.
- Central Vietnam - Central Highlands:The market recorded an increase in price in Gia Lai (63,000 VND/kg) and Dak Lak (68,000 VND/kg). The lowest price in the region is currently 62,000 VND/kg in Ha Tinh.
- Southern:This is the region with the most stable pork prices, fluctuating between 66,000 and 69,000 VND/kg. Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City continue to lead with a price of 69,000 VND/kg.
Penalties for food safety violations in Hung Yen
