Ms. Hoang Thi Lien (Chairwoman of VPSA) stated that a lack of capital is the biggest bottleneck for Vietnamese pepper businesses. Most small and micro-enterprises have to fend for themselves. If there were more accessible channels for capital support, the spice industry could experience a strong breakthrough.
