52 land plots in Quynh Phu commune were successfully auctioned off.
According to the Asset Auction Service Center (Department of Justice), the unit recently successfully auctioned off 52 land plots in 4 planned areas of Quynh Phu commune (Nghe An province), with the winning bids increasing by an average of 1.5 to 2 times compared to the starting price.
Specifically, in the auction announced by the People's Committee of Quynh Phu commune on April 19, 2026, all 52/52 land plots in the commune's four planned areas were successfully sold. Among them, in the Dong Dot planned area in Phu Yen village (formerly Quynh Thuan commune), 34/34 plots were successfully auctioned, with 16 plots seeing price increases ranging from 2 to 2.6 billion VND per plot. The remaining plots saw average price increases of 1 to 1.8 billion VND per plot after the auction.

In addition to the aforementioned planned area, the remaining 18 plots in three planned areas in Tho Thang village (formerly Quynh Tho commune), Dap Sau area, Doan Ket village (formerly Quynh Nghia commune), and Hoa Thuan village (formerly Quynh Thuan commune), although re-auctioned, showed discrepancies compared to the starting price, with the lowest being 630 million VND/plot and the highest being 2.64 billion VND/plot.

52 plots of land in 4 planned areas, with a total area of 10,558.4 m2, were put up for auction by the commune. After the auction, the local government expects to collect 174.799 billion VND.

At the announcement of the voting results, many residents who participated in the land auction shared that, because no residential land plots had been put up for sale in the area for over two years, the demand from residents was high.
In addition, planned areas such as Dong Dot, Phu Yen village, or the Dap Sau area, Doan Ket village, which are close to the Nghi Son-Cua Lo coastal road, have well-planned infrastructure and investment plans, so many investors from outside the commune participated in the bidding process.

Regarding the auction organizer, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh - Director of the Asset Auction Service Center (Department of Justice) added: The planned auction areas in Quynh Phu commune were publicized in the media and on social networks, thus attracting quite a lot of people to know about and participate in the auction.
In total, out of more than 750 auction documents sold, over 600 were submitted for bidding; the regulations stipulate a deposit of 20-50% of the starting price for land auctions. The winning bidder must pay for the land within the specified timeframe so that the authorities can complete the procedures for issuing the Certificate of Land Use Rights.
