69 contestants participated in the "Excellent Presenter at all levels" competition of the Nghe An Border Guard.
Over two days (April 20 and 21), the Nghe An Border Guard Command organized the "Excellent Presenter at all levels" competition in 2026, disseminating the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
Attending and directing the competition were Comrade Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; leaders of the Provincial Military Command, the head of the Nghe An Border Guard Command, and a large number of officers and soldiers from the agency.
The competition involved 69 contestants, including political officers and deputy political officers from border guard posts, Squadron 2, the Training and Mobile Battalion, and officers with a talent for public speaking selected by their respective units. From the Provincial Border Guard Command, secretaries of party branches and assistants with a talent for public speaking also participated.
The contestants participated in three parts of the competition: developing a presentation outline, delivering a presentation, and answering questions from the judging panel. The competition content closely followed the resolutions, while also encouraging practical application to the tasks at their respective agencies and units. Many presentations were meticulously prepared, with flexible presentations that linked theory to practice in managing and protecting border security and sovereignty.
The competition was organized to further disseminate the Party's resolutions, contributing to raising awareness and political fortitude among officers and soldiers; at the same time, it created opportunities for speakers to exchange experiences, improve their presentation skills, and meet the requirements of their duties in the new situation.
In his closing remarks, Colonel Tran Quang Trung, Political Commissar of the Nghe An Border Guard Command, acknowledged and commended the agencies and units for their thorough preparation; the judging panel for their serious and impartial work; and the contestants for their high sense of responsibility and the insightful and practical content presented. He emphasized that after the competition, units should continue to focus on training their team of presenters, building upon the achievements in political education at the grassroots level; and those selected should further refine their content and improve their quality to achieve good results in the higher-level competition.

The results of the competition serve as an important basis for the Nghe An Border Guard Command to select and train outstanding speakers, contributing to improving the quality of oral propaganda work and bringing the Party's resolutions into life in border units.
The Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes to the contestants with the highest scores in the competition.
