Authorities prosecute suspect for stealing 4 motorcycles.
The Investigation Police Department of Nghe An province has issued a decision to initiate a criminal case and prosecute Ha Van Son (born in 1999, residing in Cai village, Chau Hong commune) for the crime of theft.
Accordingly, on April 11, 2026, the Chau Hong Commune Police (Nghe An Province) received a report from Mr. HVT (born in 1984, residing in Cai village, Chau Hong commune) about the theft of his motorbike, license plate 37H1-233.27.
The police forces of Chau Hong commune and Muong Ham commune, in coordination with the police forces of Quy Hop and Hung Chan communes, promptly organized forces and focused on investigation and verification.
On April 29, 2026, the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An province issued a decision to initiate a criminal case and prosecute Ha Van Son (born in 1999, residing in Cai village, Chau Hong commune, Nghe An province) for the crime of theft.
DAt 10 PM the same day, the Chau Hong Commune Police, along with the Muong Ham Commune Police and local residents, apprehended Ha Van Son, who was hiding.Cai village acacia hill area along with the aforementioned motorcycle as evidence.
During the expanded investigation, Ha Van Son confessed to three other previous thefts of property (motorcycles) in the communes of Muong Ham, Quy Hop, and Hung Chan. As a preliminary result, the police seized three motorcycles, valued at approximately 37 million VND, which were the proceeds of Ha Van Son's previous thefts.
Currently, Chau Hong Commune PoliceComplete the procedures to return the stolen vehicle to its owner.
