During Workers' Month, trade unions at all levels in Nghe An province simultaneously organize flag-raising ceremonies and sing the national anthem on the first Monday of each week.

The flag-raising ceremony and singing of the national anthem on Monday mornings during Workers' Month is an annual activity with profound significance, carried out by trade unions at all levels to foster patriotism and a sense of responsibility among workers.

Accordingly, the flag-raising ceremony was implemented seriously and uniformly in agencies, units, and especially in businesses. The participation of tens of thousands of union members was significant.workersThis has created a powerful ripple effect.

Through this activity, the Trade Union organization hopes to continue educating the younger generation about revolutionary traditions. The awakening of national pride is the foundation for building an increasingly strong workforce of workers and employees, capable of meeting the demands of development in the new era.

Singing the national anthem under the national flag is not only an administrative ceremony but also an expression of the spirit of unity, national pride, and self-respect of the Vietnamese working class.

The flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of May also creates a vibrant atmosphere of emulation in labor and production. The patriotic spirit is concretized into a determination to successfully complete professional tasks and business targets at each unit.
