Miss H'Hen Niê has just announced the purchase of a new townhouse with an area of 102 square meters (6 x 17 meters) in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the result of more than 7 years of tireless artistic activity by the Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 winner, and also a special gift she gave to herself and her 7-month-old daughter, Harley.

The newly purchased house is located on Street 17 in Ho Chi Minh City. The Ede beauty shared that it's an interesting coincidence that her daughter was also born on the 17th. According to her plan, H'Hen Niê will build the house with a ground floor and five upper floors. One important space she prioritizes is a reading room – a long-held dream of hers.
The search for a new home took place while H'Hen Niê was eight months pregnant. Due to her large baby bump and difficulty moving around, she asked her husband, director Tuan Khoi, to personally inspect the properties. Only five days after giving birth did she officially sign the handover documents and experience the joy of owning a valuable asset after years of saving.

The couple started dating in mid-2018 but kept their relationship private from the media. After several on-and-off periods, they officially registered their marriage in February 2025 after 7 years together. In September 2025, they welcomed their first daughter.
Born in 1992, H'Hen Niê is one of the most successful beauty queens in Vietnamese history, having reached the Top 5 of Miss Universe 2018. Besides her role as a beauty queen, she has also made her mark in the film industry with the movie 578: The Madman's Bullet, served as a judge in many major competitions, and was a prominent figure in the 2023 "Beautiful Women Riding the Waves" competition.
