Two medical staff members were awarded certificates of commendation for saving a child who suffered cardiac arrest at Quynh Beach.
On May 4th, the Nghe An Department of Health issued Decision No. 699/QD-SYT awarding Certificates of Commendation to two individuals for "Outstanding achievements in promptly rescuing victims of cardiac arrest due to electric shock, contributing to saving lives and spreading medical ethics."
According to the decision, Dr. Ho Khac Thuy, Deputy Director of Quynh Luu General Hospital, and nurse Nguyen Thi Loan from the Planning and General Affairs Department of Quynh Luu General Hospital, received Certificates of Commendation from the Director of the Nghe An Department of Health for their outstanding achievements in promptly rescuing a victim of cardiac arrest due to electric shock, contributing to saving lives and spreading medical ethics.

As reported by Nghe An Newspaper and Radio & Television: At approximately 6 PM on May 2nd, in the beach area of Quynh Phu commune, Dr. Ho Khac Thuy, Deputy Director of Quynh Luu General Hospital, discovered a child in cardiac arrest due to electric shock.
In the emergency situation, Doctor Thuy quickly approached and performed continuous chest compressions. Nurse Nguyen Thi Loan from Quynh Luu General Hospital also quickly coordinated and assisted in the resuscitation process, helping to maintain continuous and technically correct procedures during the "golden hour".
Thanks to timely and effective treatment, the child gradually regained consciousness, his heart started beating again, and he was out of danger.
