Over 100 students participated in a children's drawing competition with the theme "Beloved Uncle Ho".
To practically celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 19, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council of Nghe An province organized a children's painting competition with the theme "Beloved Uncle Ho" for the 2025-2026 school year, attracting more than 100 members of the Children's Council and children from across the province to participate.

The competition is a valuable playground for elementary and secondary school students throughout the province; at the same time, it contributes to educating about revolutionary traditions, fostering love for the homeland and country, and respect for President Ho Chi Minh among the younger generation.

The entries focused on expressing children's affection for the beloved Uncle Ho; good deeds and beautiful actions in their studies and lives; and the spirit of striving to fulfill the five teachings of Uncle Ho. The judging panel scored based on the content, creativity, composition, color, and the propaganda and educational significance of each work.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 10 Promising Talent prizes and a prize for the youngest participant in the competition.
Through this competition, the Organizing Committee hopes to create an environment for children to develop their artistic talents and boldly express their thoughts and feelings towards beloved Uncle Ho; thereby, spreading beautiful messages about learning, training, and following the five teachings of Uncle Ho among the children of Nghe An.
