The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department recently held a conference to disseminate Announcement No. 02-TB/BCĐ, dated May 14, 2026, of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in the Party Organization and Construction Sector.
Comrade Pham Trong Hoang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were the leaders of the Department and all officials, civil servants, and staff of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.
At the conference, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang disseminated and explained the Conclusion Notice No. 02-TB/BCĐ, dated May 14, 2026, of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in the Party Organization and Construction Sector.

Directing the construction of a large database for the Party Organization and Construction sector, focusing on data related to Party organizations, Party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, organizational structure, staffing, job positions, comments, evaluations, classification of cadres, training, development, cadre policies, and internal political security; ensuring that the data is "accurate, complete, clean, active, unified, and for common use".
Directing the standardization of business processes, digitizing records and documents; building, connecting, integrating, and sharing data between the information systems of Party agencies and related databases in accordance with regulations on protecting state secrets, information security, cybersecurity, cryptography, data storage and management.
Directing and advising competent authorities to issue or amend and supplement mechanisms, policies, regulations, procedures, technical standards, data standards, connectivity standards, common catalogs, and other conditions to ensure the implementation of digital transformation.
To seriously implement the Steering Committee's conclusions, at the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department disseminated and implemented the Department's plan to implement Conclusion Notice No. 02-TB/BCĐ and thoroughly explained and implemented several other specific tasks related to the Department's digital transformation work in the coming period.
On this occasion, following the direction of the Central Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee launched a high-intensity emulation campaign among all cadres and civil servants to implement the digital transformation tasks of the Party organization building sector until June 30, 2026.
