Cua Lo Beach Villa is being revived as the coastal city enters a new cycle of development.

Cua Lo Beach Villa is becoming one of the projects attracting renewed market attention as the Cua Lo area enters a new phase of development with numerous changes in urban planning, transportation infrastructure, and tourism services. While Cua Lo was previously primarily known as a summer tourist destination, the area is now gradually transforming into a multi-functional coastal city, combining tourism, resorts, commerce, entertainment, and high-quality services. This change stems not only from urban planning but is also driven by a series of large-scale infrastructure and tourism projects that are gradually taking shape.

Prominent among these is the VinWonders Cua Hoi tourism and entertainment complex, featuring a cable car crossing the sea to Hon Ngu Island, an international golf course system, coastal resort complexes, and an increasingly diverse range of tourism services. Simultaneously, Nghe An province is also adjusting the zoning plan for the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard and the areas on both sides of the route towards a modern, integrated approach, in line with new development requirements. According to the planning orientation, the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard is not only a transportation route connecting the city with the sea but is also identified as a strategic economic, service, and tourism development corridor for the province in the future.

Notably, along the development axis from the new administrative center along Vinh – Cua Lo Boulevard to the sea, the eastern forest park area is being expanded with the aim of becoming a large-scale ecological, cultural, recreational, and public service space for the coastal region. When connected with the VinWonders Cua Hoi complex, the Hon Ngu cable car, and the chain of coastal tourism services, this area is gradually forming a new tourism and service center in eastern Nghe An.

This is also the area where the Cua Lo Beach Villa Project is located, benefiting from its prime location right next to the VinWonders Cua Hoi tourist and entertainment complex and the eastern forest park. The project is approximately 2.5km from the new Administrative Center along the 72m road.

Amidst the wave of urban expansion and coastal tourism development in eastern Nghe An, Cua Lo Beach Villa is considered one of the projects with many advantages in terms of location and infrastructure connectivity.

Developed as a seaside resort villa complex combined with condotel apartments on a scale of nearly 16 hectares, Cua Lo Beach Villa aims for a harmonious living space with various product types such as resort villas, garden houses, townhouses, luxury apartments, and hotels. The project is located on lots 18-19, Binh Minh Street, one of the most prime locations as it possesses one of the rare remaining beachfront land plots on the central Cua Lo tourist axis.

The project's highlight is its advantageous transportation connectivity, boasting four major road frontages. Specifically, the north side borders the 72m-wide Vinh – Cua Lo Boulevard; the east side borders Binh Minh Road – one of the most vibrant coastal routes in the area; the west side borders a planned 30m-wide road; and the south side connects to a planned internal road network.
