Ferrari Luce: The first electric supercar designed by Apple legend Jony Ive.
The Ferrari Luce has officially been revealed, featuring a unique five-seat configuration, 1,035 horsepower, and direct design input from former Apple design director Jony Ive.
Ferrari has officially unveiled full images of the Luce, the first all-electric car in the history of the Italian supercar brand. This is not only a turning point in terms of powertrain but also marks a strategic collaboration between Ferrari and Jony Ive's (the legend behind Apple products) LoveFrom design studio and Mark Newson. Notably, the Luce is the second four-door model and the first five-seater car that Ferrari has ever produced.

The intersection between Ferrari and the LoveFrom design philosophy.
Jony Ive and Mark Newson's influence extends beyond the interior, contrary to previous leaks. Ferrari confirmed that LoveFrom was involved in defining the design direction of the entire Luce project from the very beginning, including both the exterior styling and the cabin space. This collaboration results in a fresh and distinctive look, different from the brand's traditional sports cars.

Superior performance and new operating configurations.
Technically, the Ferrari Luce boasts a four-motor electric system delivering a total output of 1,035 horsepower. Initial assessments from experts suggest the Luce's design is closer to that of a versatile SUV than a low-slung supercar. This optimizes interior space for five passengers while still ensuring impressive acceleration thanks to its all-wheel drive system.

Featured sound system and expected price
One of the technological highlights of the Luce is its sound reproduction system. Instead of using digitally synthesized sound like many other electric cars, Ferrari has used technology to capture and amplify vibrations directly from the rear motors, providing a more authentic and emotionally engaging driving experience. Although the price in international markets has not yet been announced, the starting price in Italy is predicted to be around 550,000 euros, making the Luce the most expensive Ferrari ever to have a factory price.
