Nghe An: Highlights of May 26th

*Comrade Nguyen Khac Than- Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies worked with the leaders of the communes of Quy Hop, Tam Hop, Minh Hop, Muong Ham, Muong Chong, Chau Loc, and Chau Hong on the situation of socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building, and the political system.

*Comrade Vo Trong Hai- The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province worked with highland and border communes to assess the implementation of tasks in 2025 and the first five months of 2026, and discuss tasks and solutions for the coming period. *Comrade Duong Dinh Chinh- The Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council worked with 12 communes in western Nghe An province to assess the operational situation of the two-level local government, the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, and the results of implementing key resolutions of the province in the border area.

* Aimingexpedite land clearance work.To facilitate the construction of the Vinh - Thanh Thuy Expressway Project, on the morning of May 26th, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien and his delegation inspected the site in the communes of Hung Nguyen, Kim Lien, Dai Hue, Van An, and Nam Dan.

* The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to hear and give opinions on the report on the adjustment of the Nghe An Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, in the context of the requirements for rapid and sustainable development of the province in the new era and the abolition of the district level.
