Nghe An province has established five working groups to inspect, supervise, resolve obstacles, and accelerate the disbursement of public investment funds in 2026.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, Vo Trong Hai, has just signed Decision No. 2257/QD-UBND dated May 29, 2026, on the establishment of working groups to inspect, supervise, resolve difficulties and obstacles, and accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital in 2026.
According toDecisionSpecifically, the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee will head 05 working groups to inspect, supervise, resolve difficulties and obstacles, and accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital in 2026 at departments, agencies, and localities. Specifically:
Task Force No. 01:The team is headed by the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Bui Thanh An; and the leader of the Department of Finance serves as the deputy head.
- The team is responsible for inspecting and supervising the following areas: national defense, security, industrial parks and economic zones (excluding industrial clusters), warehouses, and headquarters.
- Responsible for inspecting and supervising the Departments and agencies (Provincial Police, Department of Interior, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Border Guard Command, Southeast Economic Zone Management Board) and the communes and wards (Dien Chau, An Chau, Hai Chau, Hung Chau, Minh Chau, Tan Chau, Duc Chau, Quang Chau, Quynh Luu, Quynh Van, Quynh Phu, Quynh Tam, Quynh Anh, Quynh Son, Quynh Thang, Dong Loc, Nghi Loc, Trung Loc, Than Linh, Hai Loc, Phuc Loc, Van Kieu, Do Luong, Van Hien, Luong Son, Bach Ngoc, Thuan Trung, Bach Ha).
Task Force No. 02:The team is headed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De, with the leader of the Department of Agriculture and Environment serving as the deputy head.
- The team is responsible for inspecting and supervising the following areas: agriculture, forestry, irrigation, and fisheries.
- Responsible for inspecting and supervising the Departments and agencies (Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Nghe An Agriculture and Environment Project Management Board, Bac Nghe An Irrigation Company Limited) and communes and wards (Truong Vinh, Thanh Vinh, Vinh Hung, Vinh Phu, Vinh Loc, Cua Lo, Hoang Mai, Tan Mai, Quynh Mai, Thai Hoa, Tay Hieu, Dong Hieu, Nghia Dan, Nghia Tho, Nghia Lam, Nghia Mai, Nghia Hung, Nghia Khanh, Nghia Loc).
Task Force No. 03:The team is headed by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Hoang Phu Hien; and the leader of the Department of Construction serves as the deputy head.
- The team is responsible for inspecting and supervising the following areas: transportation, water supply and drainage, planning, tourism, and public works in urban and rural areas.
- Responsible for inspecting and supervising the Departments and agencies (Construction, Nghe An Transportation Project Management Board, Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Works) and the communes and wards (Hung Nguyen, Hung Nguyen Nam, Lam Thanh, Yen Trung, Cat Ngan, Hanh Lam, Son Lam, Tam Dong, Hoa Quan, Kim Bang, Bich Hao, Xuan Lam, Dai Dong, Kim Lien, Van An, Nam Dan, Dai Hue, Thien Nhan, Yen Thanh, Quan Thanh, Hop Minh, Van Tu, Van Du, Quang Dong, Giai Lac, Binh Minh, Dong Thanh).
Task Force No. 04:The team is headed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thanh Vinh; the leader of the Department of Finance serves as the deputy head.
- The team is responsible for inspecting and supervising the following areas: Industrial clusters and the development of western Nghe An province.
- Responsible for inspecting and supervising the Departments and agencies (Construction, Health, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Projects, Nghe An Transportation Project Management Board, Provincial Employment Service Center, Sub-Department of Cooperative Economics and Rural Development, Viet-Duc College) and communes and wards (Tan Ky, Tan An, Nghia Hanh, Nghia Dong, Tan Phu, Giai Xuan, Tien Dong, Quy Hop, Tam Hop, Chau Loc, Chau Hong, Muong Ham, Muong Chong, Minh Hop, Que Phong, Tien Phong, Thong Thu, Muong Quang, Tri Le, Quy Chau, Chau Tien, Hung Chan, Chau Binh).
Task Force No. 05:The team is headed by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Thai Van Thanh; and the leader of the Department of Education and Training serves as the deputy head.
- The team is responsible for inspecting and supervising the following areas: education and training, science and technology, health, culture, and social affairs.
- Responsible for inspecting and supervising the Departments and sectors (Health, Science and Technology, Education and Training, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Projects, Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School, Anh Son 3 High School, Provincial Political School, Oncology Hospital, Vinh Medical University) and communes and wards (Con Cuong, Mon Son, Chau Khe, Binh Chuan, Cam Phuc, Mau Thach, Anh Son, Yen Xuan, Anh Son Dong, Vinh Tuong, Nhan Hoa, Thanh Binh Tho, Tam Quang, Tam Thai, Tuong Duong, Luong Minh, Yen Na, Yen Hoa, Nga My, Huu Khuong, Nhon Mai, Muong Xen, Huu Kiem, Chieu Luu, Muong Tip, Na Loi, Huoi Tu, Muong Long, Nam Can, Bac Ly, My Ly, Na Ngoi, Keng Du).
The members of the Working Groups include leaders from the following departments and agencies: the Provincial People's Committee Office, Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, the State Treasury Region XI, and a number of related agencies.
Inspection and monitoring period: Phase 1 from June 1st to July 15th, 2026; Phase 2 from September 1st to October 15th, 2026.
