The year 2026 saw a significant increase in the number of students enrolling in high-quality high schools in Hanoi. Among them, Yen Hoa High School had the highest competition rate at 1/3.36, followed by Le Quy Don High School in Ha Dong with a rate of 1/3. Many other schools in the city also had enrollment rates exceeding their quotas.
To facilitate the exam, Hanoi has set up more than 220 examination centers at junior and senior high schools throughout the city.
During the exam period, five candidates with health issues received special support and assistance, including the involvement of medical staff, to ensure they could complete the exam smoothly.
