Promoting the development of the digital economy in Nghe An province.
On the morning of June 1st, the Department of Science and Technology organized a scientific workshop with the theme: "Assessing the current situation and solutions to promote the development of the digital economy in Nghe An province until 2030".
The digital economy plays a crucial role in socio-economic development, profoundly impacting the nation's operations, businesses, and people's lives. The development of the digital economy brings about profound changes in all aspects of socio-economic life.
At the workshop, delegates presented and discussed key issues such as: the contribution of the digital economy to Nghe An province's GRDP in the 2020-2025 period; factors affecting the development of the digital economy in Nghe An province; scenarios for the development of Nghe An's digital economy until 2030; and the international and domestic context and the impact of Nghe An province's digital economy development.
Many presentations proposed solutions for developing the digital economy in Nghe An province by 2030; a quantitative model of factors influencing the development of the digital economy in Nghe An and policy implications for the province's digital economy; solutions for developing the digital economy in various sectors; and cybersecurity solutions to support the development of the digital economy.
The workshop aims to provide the basis and arguments regarding viewpoints, policies, directions, objectives, tasks, and solutions that are theoretical, legal, scientific, and practical, serving as an important foundation for Nghe An province to develop and implement digital economy development solutions that are appropriate to its practical conditions.
This will contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of the province in the coming time, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU on digital transformation of Nghe An province by 2025, with orientation to 2030, and Plan 328/KH-TU of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution 57 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation.
