According to authorities, the summer break is a period when the number of teenagers gathering, driving vehicles without the necessary qualifications, disregarding traffic lights, not wearing helmets, swerving, and reckless driving tends to increase, posing a high risk of traffic accidents and affecting security and order in the area.

To prevent traffic violations and accidents involving teenagers, the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police recommends that parents strengthen the management, education, and supervision of their children; absolutely not entrust vehicles to underage or unqualified drivers; regularly remind their children to strictly comply with traffic safety regulations; and not allow their children to gather late at night, stay out overnight, or participate in activities that pose potential risks to security and order.
