Content of published informationThe Dien My People's Credit Fund hereby announces the following changes in accordance with Decision No. 269/QD-KV8 dated May 19, 2026:

1. Change the name of the Fund

- Head Office: NameDIEN MY PEOPLE'S CREDIT FUND

2Registered capital: 16,010,050,000 VND (In words: Sixteen billion, ten million, fifty thousand Vietnamese Dong).

3. Regarding the area of ​​operation:

- Hai Chau Commune: Xóm Vạn Thọ, Đông Mỹ, Mỹ Thượng, Phúc Thọ, Lập Thành, Sào Nam, Phú Đông, Đông Giai, Phú Yên, Trung Tiến, Hoàng La Trung, Hoàng La Đông, Hà Trung, Hà Đông, Thanh Nam.

- Xã Đức Châu: Xóm Hướng Dương, Nha Nghi, Vinh Tiên, Đông Hồ.

- Xã Hùng Châu: Xóm Mỹ Quan Thượng, Mỹ Quan Trung, Tân Hợp, An Thạch, Tân An, Liên Minh, Hồng Thịnh, Linh Khê, Yên Lý, Yên Cường, Yên Phú, Yên Bình.

4. Nội dung hoạt động:

a. Huy động vốn bằng đồng Việt Nam

- Nhận tiền gửi không kỳ hạn, có kỳ hạn, tiền gửi tiết kiệm của thành viên, tổ chức, cá nhân khác bằng đồng Việt Nam.

- Vay Ngân hàng Hợp tác xã; vay tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài.

b. Hoạt động cho vay bằng đồng Việt Nam

- Providing loans to customers who are members;

- Providing loans to members of poor households who are registered as permanent residents within the operating area of ​​the People's Credit Fund, in cases where the poor household is not a member of the People's Credit Fund;

- Lending to members that are legal entities, customers that are legal entities, and individuals who are not members but have deposits at the People's Credit Fund, based on collateral in the form of deposit balances at the People's Credit Fund itself, as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Providing syndicated loans in conjunction with the Cooperative Bank to members of the People's Credit Fund in accordance with the law.

c. Other activities

- Providing money transfer services for members and customers of the People's Credit Fund (excluding opening payment accounts for customers);

- Acting as an agent providing payment services for the Cooperative Bank to members and customers of the People's Credit Fund:

+ Receive payment account opening applications; check their legality and validity; verify and ensure the accuracy and consistency of documents, information, and data provided by customers; verify customer identification information according to the instructions of the Cooperative Bank before submitting it to the Cooperative Bank and instructing customers on how to use their payment account.

+ Receive bank card issuance applications; check their legality and validity; verify and ensure the accuracy and consistency of documents, information, and data provided by customers; verify customer identification information according to the instructions of the Cooperative Bank before submitting it to the Cooperative Bank and instructing customers on how to use the bank card.

+ Receiving customer requests for payment services, preparing, signing, or applying electronic confirmation methods, controlling and processing customer payment documents, transferring customer transaction information to the Cooperative Bank, and disbursing cash to customers to facilitate cash withdrawals from customer-identified debit and prepaid cards issued by the Cooperative Bank.

- Participate in capital contribution at the Cooperative Bank;

- Open a payment account at the State Bank of Vietnam, commercial banks, cooperative banks, or branches of foreign banks;

- Deposit money at the Cooperative Bank to regulate capital.

5. The change will take effect from May 25, 2026.
