Nghe An: Highlights of July 5th
Leaders of Nghe An province commemorated General Vo Nguyen Giap and other heroic martyrs in Quang Tri and Ha Tinh; the State Audit Office signed a cooperation agreement with Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, and Hue; and a Vietnam-Laos border officers' exchange program... these are some of the highlights of the day.
* On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), a delegation from the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Nguyen Khac Than - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - laid flowers and offered incense.Memorials are held at various locations.They are found in the provinces of Quang Tri and Ha Tinh.

*Gold prices on July 5thGold prices continued to remain stable in the highlands, with the selling price of gold bars at many major brands reaching 151.4 million VND/ounce. SJC, DOJI, PNJ, and BTMH all closed at 148.4 million VND/ounce for buying and 151.4 million VND/ounce for selling. The buy-sell spread at these brands remained at 3 million VND/ounce.
* After one year of implementing the two-tiered local police model and transferring the responsibility for organizing driving tests and issuing driver's licenses, Nghe An province has organized...420 examination sessions for over 180,000 students.The number of examination sessions and the number of participants have both increased compared to before, helping to meet the needs of the people.
