Two tomb owners in Dong Loc voluntarily dismantled their illegally constructed structures.
Following the directive of the Dong Loc Commune People's Committee regarding the handling of illegal construction cases in the area, on the morning of July 24th, the Dong Loc Commune People's Committee organized an inspection and supervision of the self-demolition of illegally constructed tombs on land designated for perennial crops under the management of the Commune People's Committee at plot number 191, map sheet number 50, Vinh Trinh hamlet.
Attending the working session were representatives from the Commune People's Committee, the Commune Police, the Project Management Board, the Commune Fatherland Front Committee, relevant departments and specialized units, along with the Party Secretary and Head of the Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trinh hamlet.

Through propaganda, persuasion, and working with the individuals who violated the regulations, the two cases at locations No. 2 and No. 3 voluntarily dismantled all illegal constructions, restoring the land to its original state as required by the authorities. The dismantling process was carried out under the supervision of the inter-agency task force, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
For the remaining cases that have not complied, the Commune People's Committee will continue to complete the dossiers, carry out the procedures as prescribed by law, and will organize enforcement if they do not voluntarily rectify the situation.

The voluntary demolition of these structures by the two individuals not only demonstrates compliance with the law but also contributes to improving the effectiveness of land management and construction order in the area. This is also an initial result of the decisive leadership of the Dong Loc Commune People's Committee in handling violations, with the principle of no forbidden zones, no exceptions, and strict and fair handling in accordance with the law.
In the coming period, the People's Committee of Dong Loc commune will continue to strengthen inspection and strict management of land and construction order; promote the role of the political system and the people in detecting and preventing violations at the grassroots level, and resolutely prevent the recurrence of illegal construction in the area.
Previously, Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television had published an article. Many tombs, hundreds of square meters in size, "sprout" up in the middle of land planted with perennial trees. This clearly reflects the situation of unauthorized and illegal construction of tombs in Dong Loc, followed by the article.Dong Loc will forcibly demolish illegally constructed tombs if they are not voluntarily dismantled. This reflects the actions taken by local authorities to address the aforementioned violations.
