* The Secretariat of the Central Committee decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, to participate in the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, 20th term, 2025-2030.

* The Nghe An Department of Construction has just issued Official Letter No. 8324/SXD-KTKH (September 16), requesting the People's Committees of 18 communes and wards in the area to urgently review and report in detail on the implementation and disbursement of funds at resettlement area projects serving the North-South high-speed railway project.

* Xã Hưng Nguyên Nam tổ chức lễ công bố Đồ án Quy hoạch chung đến năm 2050, mở ra một chương mới cho sự phát triển toàn diện của địa phương bên dòng sông Lam.

* Sở Y tế Nghệ An tổ chức Hội nghị công bố quyết định thành lập Trung tâm Bảo trợ trẻ em Nghệ An và ký kết quy chế phối hợp với Công an tỉnh xây dựng mô hình “Làng trẻ hạnh phúc” trong Trung tâm Bảo trợ trẻ em Nghệ An.

* Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp Quân đội - Bộ Quốc phòng phối hợp với Ban Tuyên giáo Tỉnh ủy và Sở Y tế Nghệ An tổ chức chương trình “Trung thu ấm áp - Trao gửi yêu thương”, thăm hỏi, động viên và trao quà cho trẻ em có hoàn cảnh đặc biệt, khó khăn tại Trung tâm Bảo trợ trẻ em Nghệ An.
