In addition to destinations such as Xao Va waterfall, Bay Tang waterfall, Hua Na hydroelectric reservoir..., when coming to Que Phong district, visitors cannot help but visit Chin Gian temple in Chau Kim commune, which has just been ranked as a National Monument by the Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism under Decision No. 963/QD-BVHTTDL. This is a historical - cultural relic with a long history associated with the formation of Muong villages of the Thai people in the Northwest of Nghe An in general and Que Phong district in particular.
Associated with the relic is the Nine-Room Temple Festival held from the 14th to the 16th of the second lunar month every year. Currently, with the attention paid to investing in renovating and upgrading a number of items such as: Installing handrails, paving stone walkways; repairing shrines, the Management Board house... the temple is increasingly solemn and impressive.

In addition, a number of tourism service businesses and households have also invested in upgrading, renovating and renewing tourist attractions and attracting a large number of tourists to visit and experience such as: Nhat Minh Famrstay tourist attraction; Tam My Famrstay; Lam Khang Tourism Company... In which, a typical example has been the successful implementation of the construction of the Co Muong village community tourism site, Chau Kim commune according to the content of Resolution 07 of the Provincial People's Council... contributing to the development of Que Phong tourism.
Community tourism spots in Co Muong village, Chau Kim commune and Long Thang village, Hanh Dich commune are two community tourism models that not only create highlights for the district's tourism, but also contribute to preserving and promoting the cultural values of the Thai ethnic group in terms of architecture, culture, beliefs, cuisine, etc. Besides, they contribute to creating jobs, increasing income for local workers, contributing to hunger eradication and poverty reduction. Currently, these two models have 12 regular workers, in addition, there are seasonal workers; the annual revenue of the two models is about 800 million VND.

As part of the tourism development project, Que Phong district has directed communes and towns to implement the OCOP program "One Commune One Product", calling on businesses to invest, produce, and develop typical products that both contribute to socio-economic development and serve tourism activities such as: golden flower tea, Japonica rice, medicinal herbs, brocade products, rattan, bamboo weaving, etc. These items have become the products chosen for shopping every time tourists come to Que Phong district.
It is worth mentioning that in the investment in infrastructure for tourism development, the system of restaurants and hotels has been invested and upgraded to become more and more modern. The whole district currently has 11 hotels and motels with a total of 168 rooms to ensure service for tourists; In particular, 7 homestays have been built and put into operation with the capacity to serve 150-200 tourists/day/night.

According to the summary data of the implementation results of the Project on developing ecotourism and community tourism associated with preserving and promoting the national cultural identity of Que Phong district, period 2021-2025, vision to 2030, in 2 years (2021-2022), the area welcomed about 4,500 visitors/year, with total revenue estimated at nearly 5 billion VND/year.
The implementation of the Project has changed people's awareness of tourism development associated with preserving and promoting cultural heritage values, contributing to promoting the tourism industry to continue to develop stably, positively impacting the economy, culture and society of the district.
