Quynh Luu: Thoroughly implementing Resolution No. 37 of the Politburo

On the morning of March 22, Quynh Luu District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 37-NQ/TW dated December 24, 2018 of the Politburo and announce Conclusion No. 134-KL/TU dated March 5, 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to the secretaries and chairmen of 33 communes and towns.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the basic contents of Resolution No. 37 of the Politburo on “reorganizing administrative units at district and commune levels”. The purpose of the resolution is to streamline and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the local government apparatus at district and commune levels, contributing to improving people's lives.

Accordingly, the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels is linked to the innovation and arrangement of the political system's apparatus to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently, reduce staff, reform the salary regime, restructure and improve the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees, ensure the effective promotion of State and social resources for socio-economic development in each locality, improve people's lives; maintain national defense, political security and social order and safety...

The conference also approved Conclusion No. 134 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on solutions to reorganize the apparatus and restructure the staff and civil servants of the commune-level political system of Nghe An province to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.
