Department of Education and Training trains on the Law on Complaints and the Law on Denunciation

(Baonghean.vn) - During two days, September 12-13, Nghe An Department of Education and Training organized a training course on the Law on Complaints and the Law on Denunciation 2011 for nearly 170 trainees who are officers and employees of the Department, affiliated units, Departments of Education and Training, and colleges.

Mr. Dinh Thanh Tri - Deputy Chief Inspector of Nghe An province directly reported the content of the two above-mentioned laws to the training class. Trainees were introduced and carefully studied the basic content of the two new laws; new points compared to the old law (Law on Complaints and Denunciations 1998 and amended in 2004, 2005) and some issues on methods and working methods of heads of educational and training establishments in the province when handling complaints and denunciations.

Trainees also participated in discussions and did case studies on handling complaints and denunciations; raised and listened to answers to problems and difficulties in applying the law to solve practical problems occurring in the units.
