Training on physical education and sports for 150 officers and coaches
On the morning of October 30, in Vinh city, the Department of Culture and Sports organized a training course on physical education and sports for officials and coaches from 21 districts, cities and towns across the province.
Attending the opening ceremony of the training course were Mr. Hoang Van Phuc - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; representatives of departments and offices under the Department.Department of Culture and Sports.
In order to create a profound change in the awareness of all levels, sectors and the whole society about the benefits and role of physical exercise and sports in improving people's health and fitness, the Department of Culture and Sports decided to organize training on physical exercise and sports for 150 cadres and coaches from 21 districts, cities and towns in the province.
Speaking at the training session, Mr. Hoang Van Phuc - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports highly appreciated the contributions of the staff and coaches in the localities to the overall development of the province's sports. The sports staff at the grassroots level have always worked hard to improve their expertise, closely followed the grassroots sports activities, thereby increasingly improving the achievements of local sports, contributing to the overall achievements of the province's sports.
Participating in this training session, the Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports hopes that the team of grassroots sports officers and coaches will continue to promote the spirit of self-awareness, seriousness, and good absorption of knowledge imparted by lecturers, thereby effectively organizing and implementing grassroots sports festivals in the locality.
At the training session, the lecturers conveyed important issues such as: Instructions of the Department of Culture and Sports on organizing Sports Congresses at all levels towards the 10th Nghe An Provincial Sports Congress, 2025 - 2026; Decision of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on regulations on financial indicators for sports competitions in Nghe An province; Resolution of the People's Council of Nghe An province on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 11/2021/NQ-HDND dated August 13, 2021 of the People's Council of the province regulating special nutrition regimes and a number of support policies for coaches and high-performance athletes of Nghe An province; Circular of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating the organization of mass sports competitions; Circular of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating the assessment of mass sports movements; Plan of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Safe Swimming Program to prevent drowning for children in Nghe An province for the period 2022 - 2030; Resolution of Nghe An Provincial People's Council on regulations on policies to support investment in swimming pools and organize swimming lessons for children in Nghe An province; Competition organization and competition organization system; Refereeing method.
The training course will take place on October 30 and 31.
